SHIPPING POLICY
All orders within Nigeria will arrive within 5-10 working days. The time frame may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive.
Our international delivery courier is DHL. Standard UK delivery takes 1-3 working days. International delivery can take up to 14 days. 5th Bone is not liable for any extra custom fees charged by individual countries or extra holding time as this is beyond our control. The time frame may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive.
RETURNS
For item(s) you desire to return, we do not offer refunds.
EXCHANGES
UK & EU CUSTOMERS
We only replace items if they are defective. In order for your item(s) to qualify for an exchange, the item(s) should be returned within 7 working days after delivery. The items(s) must be in perfect condition and must be returned in their original packaging. Kindly refer to our size chart before placing your order to prevent any complications.
As we take personal measurements we are not liable for any sizing issues that may occur.
